1. DefinitionsThe data protection declaration of Legal OS GmbH is based on the terms used by the European legislator for the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our data protection declaration should be legible and understandable for the general public as well as for our customers and business partners. To ensure this, we would like to explain the terms used in advance.
In this data protection declaration, we use, among other things, the following terms:

5. - The data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing, or the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 (2) GDPR the processing.
- The personal data have been processed unlawfully.
- The erasure of the personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject.
- The personal data was collected in relation to information society services offered in accordance with Art. 8 Para. 1 DS-GVO.

7. Data protection in applications and in the application process
